A built-in scale tracks patient weight and maintains a trackable weight log. The Stryker S3 Bed is designed with easy care and customization in mind. It offers a durable braking system, large pedal for easy adjustment, and flexible siderail positions with strong grippoints on either side to support mobility. Caregivers can easily access control panels on all three sides of the bed, helping them reposition patients without interruption.
The bed's open architecture platform grants the flexibility to choose from a wide selection of mattresses: Foam mattress, UTS Universal Therapy Air System mattress, 3-in-1 Alternation, and more.

Not just a piece of furniture, the Stryker S3 MedSurg Bed is a partner in managing patient risk and injury. Stryker’s StayPut Bed Frame Technology keeps the patient in the same position when raising the head of the bed, protecting against slips and painful skin shearing. If the patient leaves the bed or falls outside of defined parameters, the nurse or hospital system will be immediately alerted through Stryker’s wireless communication system.
